 Mark 5:25-34 – “A Woman Healed”

I pray that I may have the faith of this woman: trusting that Jesus can help me, reaching out humbly in my moments of need.

Jesus does not want only that I be healed. He wants to be in relationship with me, for me to be at peace.

We give thanks

that Jesus comes into our lives bringing healing and peace when we reach out humbly to him.

Please pray for

  • Hope for refugees and people seeking asylum in Australia who live in fear and uncertainty.
  • the Sullivan’s Trail Project, for the convenot who seeks to bring connection to the community in the Inner North through the artistic expression of Indigenous and community stories along waterways in the Inner North.
  • Next steps for the Inner North mission partnership of O’Connor, St Margaret’s and St Columba’s as the two appointed members from each congregation prepare a request for Presbytery Standing Committee support.
  • COGS, Capital Scraps and O’Connor Grant Application that is being prepared by the convenor of our COGS garden, to request funds for improved composting arrangements for the garden, a community composting trial, and a leaf tower and raised wicking garden beds on the church grounds for community access.
