Some thoughts on today's scripture: John 15:1-8

When I feel that my life is barren and fruitless,
I may come to see that this is because I am ‘apart’ from Jesus and so can ‘do nothing’.

Shocked, I may resolve to catch up with God in prayer again. Then I find that I begin ‘to bear much fruit.’

2021 Week of Prayer for Christian Unity

All Christian churches in the ACT are invited to celebrate the 2021 Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, Sunday 16 May - Saturday 22 May.

During this week all Christians are invited to pray together for the visible unity of the body of Christ, which Jesus himself prayed for in John 17:21: “That all of them may be one, Father…..so that the world may believe that you have sent me.”
