Loving God, in this time of preparation and planning,
We thank you for the hope and peace you unfailingly offer us.
Show us the creative power of hope.
Teach us the peace that comes from justice.
Prepare our hearts to be transformed by you,
That we may walk in the light of Christ.

Please pray for

People working to respond to and manage the latest COVID variant, for those sick with the virus and all those experiencing fear and anxiety

The people of the Solomon Islands in the wake of unrest in the capital city, Honiara. We pray for a peaceful resolution.

Those across the world who are taking a stand against gender-based violence.

Giving thanks

Good morning, Lord!

Today's a new, fresh day, a chance for a new start.

Yesterday is gone and with it any regrets, mistakes, or failures.

It's a good day to be alive, Lord.

Thank you for today, a new opportunity to love, give, and be all that you want me to be.

Amen.
