Imagine the people pressing on Jesus to hear God’s message. The boat used is Simon’s who feels disheartened after fishing all night with no catch. Encouraged to try again, it results in a tremendous catch. Simon is overwhelmed and leaves everything to follow Jesus.

Please pray for

  • The people of Tonga for recovery from the tsunami and safety from Covid and all involved in humanitarian relief.
  • Algeria, Libya, Morocco, Western Sahara, Tunisia: as part of the Ecumenical Prayer Cycle led by the World Council of Churches featuring every region of the world over the course of a year.
  • Myanmar, for protection and guidance for those fighting for the return to democracy and the release of its new democratically elected government, which was overthrown by the military one year ago.
